Eats- Green Smoothie

photo(4)I used to be a very loyal yogurt eater for breakfast. If it was mid-afternoon and I hadn’t started my day with my Fage and fruit, I was craving it desperately. Lately, however, I have been changing up my breakfast game in an effort to get more of my leafy greens.

Ingredients:
12 oz of unsweetened almond milk
1/2 very ripe banana
1 cup frozen spinach or kale
1/2 cup pineapple

The pineapple adds some sweetness to unsweetened milk without all of the added sugar. Are you a morning juicer? What is your secret recipe? Let me know in the comments. Cheers!
